Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@indigoturkey.com or by calling +90 212 343 55 55

2. For bookings made more than seven (7) days prior to arrival, a full refund will be issued if cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking.

3. After the 48-hour grace period, cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

4. Bookings made within seven (7) days of arrival are non-refundable.

5. In the rare event that a Host cancels your booking or the Property becomes unavailable due to an emergency, INDIGO will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternative accommodation. If no alternative is available or acceptable, a full refund will be issued.
