If you need assistance with anything related to security or building management, please contact us, and we will handle it on your behalf. ⚠️Please note that the building management requires a standard temporary stay registration during check-in for security purposes. The building overlook the Basin Ekspres road. It's a main road in Istanbul that connects the north to the south, passing by the headquarters of the most famous Turkish and international brand in Turkey. The area surrounded by nice towers full of residence and offices. Starbucks is walking distance and 212 mall as well.

You can use mini bus at the 212 mall to take you the Mahmutbey metro station for free.

The area is calm and easy to access. 212 mall is walking distance, thus many taxi and mini bus pass by the building. If you are using your car, we have an open parking just beside the building entrance door.

في حال فقدان المفاتيح أو تركها داخل الشقة، سيتم فرض رسوم إضافية قدرها 50 دولاراً أمريكياً.

Cancellation Policy

يجب تقديم طلبات الإلغاء كتابيًا عبر البريد الإلكتروني info@indigoturkey.com أو بالاتصال على الرقم +90 212 343 55 55.

بالنسبة للحجوزات التي تتم قبل أكثر من سبعة (7) أيام من موعد الوصول، يتم رد المبلغ بالكامل إذا تم الإلغاء خلال 48 ساعة من إجراء الحجز.

بعد انتهاء فترة السماح البالغة 48 ساعة، يحق للحجوزات التي يتم إلغاؤها قبل موعد الوصول بما يصل إلى 14 يومًا استرداد 50% من المبلغ. أما الحجوزات التي يتم إلغاؤها خلال 14 يومًا من موعد الوصول فهي غير قابلة للاسترداد.

الحجوزات التي تتم خلال سبعة (7) أيام من موعد الوصول غير قابلة للاسترداد.

تكون الحجوزات التي يتم إلغاؤها قبل 30 يومًا من تاريخ تسجيل الوصول قابلة للاسترداد بالكامل.

بالنسبة للإقامات الطويلة، تكون تكلفة الثلاثين (30) يومًا القادمة من الإقامة غير قابلة للاسترداد.

في الحالات النادرة التي يقوم فيها المضيف بإلغاء حجزك أو يصبح العقار غير متاح بسبب حالة طارئة، ستبذل INDIGO جهودًا معقولة لتوفير مكان إقامة بديل مناسب. وإذا لم يتوفر بديل أو لم يكن البديل مقبولًا، فسيتم رد المبلغ بالكامل.
