House Rules

В соответствии с требованиями турецкого законодательства и нормативных актов, а также для размещения гостей в наших объектах недвижимости, мы просим всех гостей предоставить действительные паспортные данные для регистрации и уведомления соответствующих органов согласно Закону Турции № 1774 от 26.06.1973. Принимая бронирование, вы соглашаетесь предоставить необходимую информацию до заселения. Гости, которые отказываются предоставлять паспортные данные, не получат инструкции по заселению.

Пожалуйста, уважительно относитесь к соседям и сотрудникам, работающим в здании.

Курение внутри помещения запрещено. Если будет установлено, что в жилье курили, взимается штраф в размере 100 долларов США.

В случае потери ключей или если вы оставите их внутри квартиры, взимается дополнительная плата в размере 50 долларов США.

Мы не предоставляем ежедневную уборку. Для заказа дополнительной уборки свяжитесь с нами, чтобы узнать точную стоимость.

Cancellation Policy

Запрос на отмену бронирования должен быть направлен в письменной форме на адрес info@indigoturkey.com или оформлен по телефону +90 212 343 55 55.

Для бронирований, оформленных более чем за семь (7) дней до даты прибытия, предоставляется полный возврат средств при отмене в течение 48 часов после оформления бронирования.

По истечении 48-часового льготного периода при отмене не позднее чем за 14 дней до прибытия возвращается 50% стоимости бронирования. При отмене менее чем за 14 дней до прибытия средства не возвращаются.

Бронирования, оформленные менее чем за семь (7) дней до прибытия, возврату не подлежат.

При отмене за 30 дней до даты заезда предоставляется полный возврат средств.

Для длительного проживания стоимость предстоящих 30 дней проживания возврату не подлежит.

В редких случаях, когда Хозяин отменяет ваше бронирование или Объект размещения становится недоступным из-за чрезвычайной ситуации, INDIGO приложит разумные усилия для предоставления подходящего альтернативного жилья. Если подходящий или приемлемый вариант отсутствует, будет произведен полный возврат средств.
