Nachbarschaft

The building overlook the Basin Ekspres road. It's a main road in Istanbul that connects the north to the south, passing by the headquarters of the most famous Turkish and international brand in Turkey. The area surrounded by nice towers full of residence and offices. Starbucks is walking distance and 212 mall as well.

Anreise

You can use mini bus at the 212 mall to take you the Mahmutbey metro station for free.

Zugang

The area is calm and easy to access. 212 mall is walking distance, thus many taxi and mini bus pass by the building. If you are using your car, we have an open parking just beside the building entrance door.

House Rules

Om te voldoen aan de Turkse wet- en regelgeving en om gasten in onze woningen te mogen ontvangen, verzoeken wij alle gasten om geldige paspoortgegevens te verstrekken, zodat zij overeenkomstig de Turkse wet nr. 1774 van 26-06-1973 kunnen worden geregistreerd en gemeld. Door onze reservering te accepteren, gaat u ermee akkoord de vereiste informatie vóór het inchecken te verstrekken. Gasten die weigeren hun paspoortgegevens te delen, ontvangen geen incheckinstructies.

Gelieve respectvol om te gaan met de buren en medewerkers in het gebouw.

Roken is binnenshuis niet toegestaan. Indien wordt vastgesteld dat er in de woning is gerookt, wordt een boete van 100 USD in rekening gebracht.

Als u uw sleutels verliest of deze in het appartement achterlaat, wordt een toeslag van 50 USD in rekening gebracht.

Cancellation Policy

Na de bedenktijd van 48 uur wordt bij annuleringen tot 14 dagen vóór aankomst 50% van het bedrag terugbetaald. Annuleringen binnen 14 dagen vóór aankomst zijn niet-restitueerbaar.

Boekingen die binnen zeven (7) dagen vóór aankomst zijn gemaakt, zijn niet-restitueerbaar.

Annuleringen die 30 dagen vóór de incheckdatum worden gedaan, worden volledig terugbetaald.

Bij langdurige verblijven zijn de eerstvolgende 30 verblijfsdagen niet-restitueerbaar.

In het zeldzame geval dat een verhuurder uw boeking annuleert of de accommodatie wegens een noodsituatie niet beschikbaar is, zal INDIGO redelijke inspanningen leveren om geschikte alternatieve accommodatie aan te bieden. Indien er geen alternatief beschikbaar of aanvaardbaar is, wordt het volledige bedrag terugbetaald.
