Kindly keep to this time frame and let us know your expected arrival time in advance. If you experience an unexpected delay beyond your control, please notify us as soon as possible. As an exception, we can wait up to one extra hour, until 9:00 PM, at no additional charge. This grace period is only for unforeseen delays; the regular check-in window remains 4:00 PM–8:00 PM.
